Setting Off Alarms!

Oh dearie me I've ended up back in hospital guys, I got a temperature on Sunday night and had to cut the weekend short with Sarah. I seem to have a cold but all seems to be getting better now other then this tickly cough which is lame. Also the steroids don't seem to be waring of and my sugar levels seem to be raised but they've put me on a tablet to sort it all out I only worry that it could be permanent but doctors are keeping an eye on it. Though its a good thing because its making me watch what I eat and I'm losing a little bit of weight but no doubt when I get home I'll be back on the krispy cremes.

I made a bit of a prat of myself the other night, I was asleep and hooked up to the pump and I woke up around 2am and had to take the pump to the toilet with me so I unplugged the pump made my way to the toilet and I'd left the buzzer attached to the pump meaning I pulled it out of the wall which sets off the buzzer alarm. Opposite the toilet is the button to turn of the alarm but because I had pulled the whole thing out it would not stop. So underneath is a red pull button which then I thought was the off button but no instead its was the EMERGENCY PULL button. Which sets off an even louder and faster buzzer which made two nurses run down the hall way and into my room within five seconds. Luckily for me the nurses are really nice and they untangled me and then left. Gotta say I was quite embarrassed and apologised several times, I just hope I didn't wake anyone up in the bays next door. Trust me!

It's a bit annoying I can't leave the room, the sun is beaming through and I got the window open and the breeze is lovely! I'm excited for this summer, I'm going to make the most of this one as the last one I spent the most of it in the Royal Marsden. Lets hope it stays sunny and warm, I think a visit to Thorpe Park and few trips to the coast is in order.

The parents are on there way to visit me and I've got Sarah spending the afternoon with me here which will be nice I'm hoping I'll be home by Friday. I really need to get out by Friday as my bestie Zabrina is coming to stay the weekend, which I'm mega excited about. She lives several hours away so I don't get to see her very much so when I do its always a giggle. Not exactly sure what were gonna do but lets hope the sun stays out.
