SETTING THE GOAL


Hello! Just a quickie, I made this video last week but haven't posted it yet. This video is to just let you know what challenge I've given myself, which is to complete this BMX track. My muscles are still weak and my fitness levels aren't great, so for me this is a big challenge. I'm slowly building myself up and my confidence to take it on!

I'm going to be doing a lot of these little challenges just to make losing weight and becoming stronger a lot more fun. Also I want to set myself some personal goals to keep me busy and have something to aim for. Gotta make sure I keep ticking off the "Bucket List". So stay tuned folks!
