Hello, hello, hello, well I'm back and with a brand new attitude. I think thats a song that just entered my brain while typing so I'm rolling with it. These two video blogs are of my weekend with Zaz and It was awesome! I don't get to see her very much so when we meet up its a big mass of hyper and sillyness. I took her to visit Windsor Castle and we just mooched round Windsor. Gotta say one of the best weekends I have had in a very long time.
The second video is of a snowball fight slash antics we had in the snow after a few drinks at the tavern, I still have the bruises from the fails in the snow but totally worth it! I hope you guys all enjoyed the snow as much as we did!
I'm nearly up to date on the videos then I might actually produce a decent blog, but don't count on it!
Howdy! The title pretty much says it all, a little prank by my mother went horrible wrong. Well for her anyways! Yes thats my evil cackle in the back ground and before anyone complains about the way we treat our mother you spend a day with her and your be throwing her out into the rain to!
I jest, she's lovely really and she wasn't hurt in the making of this video but we did beat her afterwards and put her back in her cage.
Welcome back my little butter beans, I have a few things to share I've got a couple of videos I've made that I want to share with you guys! GAYBAND!
Gayband - Is just a silly video I made of me coming home on the train and I was messing around with Garageband and came up with a silly tune so I thought I'd put the two together. I'm a novice guitar player so don't expect amazing chords and epic solos its just me trying to put a tune together one evening. I did have a lot of fun messing around and the next one type of these videos I'm going to prefect my sound and make an awesome video!
WISAM'S DJ DEBUT!
DJ Debut - This is Wisam's first set on Rock Night at The Two Rivers Pub which happens every Wednesday. It was a great night catching up with people I hadn't seen for a long time. Also Wisam's set was great and went very well. I do apologise about the lighting I had to put the weird effect in so that it was easier to see people.
Hello Ladies and gents, this is my new video which I've been meaning to edit and upload for over a month now but haven't had the time or energy to do it. It's a silly little video I put together of my nephews playing in the park. I edited it into a pirate themed sketch and it actually came out pretty well, quite proud of it and it makes me chuckle. I didn't get them to say or do anything it was them just playing and using there imagination which made for great footage. So check it out and I hope you like it!
Ickle update time, the reason I've been able to sit down and get the editing done is due to me getting a temp of 38 Saturday and ended up in the Royal Marsden. I'd been feeling ruff pretty much all week and I was getting lower and lower in myself, till finally Saturday was the dreaded temp of 38. It's Wednesday now and I'm hoping that there going to let me out today, fingers and toes crossed. I'm feeling way better now and more like myself.
At first I was put in the Bud East ward and I had a pretty good set up, my own room with a TV and all sorts. So I got dad to bring in my PS3 in so I wouldn't be so bored but then they moved me to Bud West the next day. Which means no PS3 for me, but never mind its kicked my arse into gear to start editing the footage I have left of my nephews and Thorpe park. Which is my mission to complete today.
I've also got to get my counts up by Monday as I'm being sent on a sailing trip through the charity CLIC Sargent and Ellen McCarthy Trust. Which involves 5 days of sailing around the Isle of wight, which I can't wait to go on so fingers crossed that my body is feeling generous with my cell count on Monday. I'm excited and nervous about the trip because I haven't done anything like this before and also meeting new people and being in a totally different environment is quite scary but I think it will be really good for me if I get to go.
Just want to say also if you haven't already heard I'm holding a fundraiser for Dave my Brother in Law who's running the marathon next year, he needs to raise over 1,800 for the charity CLIC Sargent. It's going to be on the 26th of November at the Royal British Legion in Virginia Water. It starts at 7pm and you need a ticket to get in which is £5. If your interested please contact me via email or facebook. I only have around 50 spaces left so please contact me in advance. The night will have a disco, buffet, several raffles, special events and more. I'll be posting what the raffle prizes are on my fundraising page in the future, but we've already been donated some awesome prizes thats for sure! It's also fancy dress or pink theme! So I'm hoping the night will be a blast and we can raise some money for an awesome charity!

Hey guys and girlie's! This is a video of the first day the boys came to stay on the 24th of July 2011, we had such a brilliant time and the boys loved it and wanted to go back again and again. It was a little family day out with Teresa, Dad, Mum, Sarah, The boys and also myself. Its a little steam train place in Lynne which is perfect day out with young children and also big kids like me!
I just wanna say days out with my Nephews, family and my bestests of friends are awesome and I love to film it and be able to look back at though's days to remind me of what matters most and also for you guys to watch and experience it. I'm so great full to be able to do this and I love every minute of it. I just wanna say my life has been pretty awesome lately and I'm so content with everything, I just wanna thank again everyone for there support these months and their kind words, I am truly blessed to have you all in my life and you've all been so amazing and encouraging. Thank you!
Well I'm of to Thorpe Park today to take advantage of the exit passes for disabled people, its a pretty good deal as you get your ticket and a helper ticket for one price which I think is around £30. Which is an awesome price, plus if you show the right documents they give you a band to put on your wrist so you get to get straight on the ride with out having to wait and stand to long in a Que which is awesome in these busy months. Only thing is you do get the dodgy looks when passing the people that have been stand for an hour or over, I just tend to not look directly in the eyes! I'm hoping to get some footage of the day out but I always get shy while holding the camera while being on a ride. Plus I don't wanna get told of but the ride attendants but we will see. Also got a busy weekend we've got two parties on Saturday night Julie who's having 50th (Happy Birthday yesterday!) and My Nan's Nephew's 40th so were going to try fit both parties in. Its also a good way of seeing old faces that I haven't seen in a while and seeing loads of family which I also haven't seen in yonks. I always love going to these things to catch up and see what everyone is up to these days. Also Sarah is coming with me and most of my family haven't met her yet so that should be fun, and no doubt in embarrassing. All the stories will no doubt come out but its lucky for me that Sarah has probley met the maddest of my family already so she knows what to expect.

Hey peoples! This vid is just a mash up of last weekend, I had a busy one having lunch in Richmond with Matt and sitting by the riverside. A few geese gotta a little to close but the sunset was gorgeous along the river. Saturday I spent with my bro at pub, we watched the band The SkaSouls which were such a buzzing band and they didn't take them self to seriously. Sunday I went and visited Sarah in London on South Bank, we walked along the river watching the street performers and enjoying the sights. I've messed around with this video a bit but I hope you enjoy it!
I haven't really been up to much this week, I had a major clear out of my stuff and got rid of loads. I'm going to do a car boot Sunday to go towards my spending money for Amsterdam. Which is only 7 days away! I'm really looking forward to be going away even if its only 3 days, I'm in major need of a break. I'm hoping to have a few more video's up in the next few weeks as I've got quite a bit planned. Anyways off to chill, love you peoples!
Hey Geezers! I know its been a while, Its been a busy couple of weeks and this video is of last weekend of me and my mates at gay pride. It was a awesome day and I really enjoyed it was good to be back in London and having a good time with the gays again. I didn't get as much footage as I would of liked but I hope you enjoy the video!
I'm just editing the footage of the Sunday of the same weekend at Airplay studios, me and the guys went for a jam session and I had a really good time. I've really missed making music with them, it inspires me to keep playing my guitar as I've been a bit slack lately. Also its got me craving a drum kit, which always happens to me known again. I need to convince my mum that I NEED one!
Last Monday I had a bone marrow all went well except I kinda woke up from the sedation before they did it and felt a little pulling but it was okay other then that. I'm going back to the hospital tomorrow, I think I will get most of the results tomorrow but it takes around two weeks for the full results so maybe they wont tell me anything in till they have all the information. So I'll update you guys with the info as soon as I know whats going on.
Only 10 days to Amsterdam, I'm getting excited! Got my little travel guide like the tourist I am, the map pops out which also excites me! Right I'm off to bed now up early for the doc's! Night night my cherubs!
Hey guys and girlies, this is just a silly video I made while preparing for Sarah to come over. Its a only a quick one and I hope you enjoy it. I've got a couple of ideas for silly videos I want to do, I wanna use props and make up silly stories but not exactly sure if where to start. Any feedback would be great!
So just to update you guys on whats going on with me, I'm still waiting for the second bone marrow result which I think I will get next week. Which will kinda decide the next step of the treatment but I will discuss that nearer the time. Yesterday I had two bags of blood and two bags of platelets and today I'm having another bag of blood and platelets. I must of over did it cleaning my room, not that I need an excuse not to clean it. All my counts were pretty low and just walking a short distance was like running round the block. But I've been pumped full of the good stuff and feel a lot better.
Hey peoples, did you all have a good bank holiday? Well this video is just a quick update of my bank holiday monday, which was pretty chilled out and I really enjoyed it. Its a pretty silly video but I think it worth a watch, me and Sarah had a good giggle at trying to play the key board and making chocolate cornflakes.
I've nearly finished this course of treatment and tomorrow will be my last day. This chemo hasn't been to bad, I was feeling pretty sick but thanks to the anti-sickness injection I've been pretty good. Got a few things to mention but I'm gonna put that in another blog soon. Hope all you beautiful people are well!
Well I've been a bit lame lately and haven't updated for a little while so I'll update you with the latest events. So if you didn't know already they've delayed my chemo three weeks due to my counts not being high enough. Also because my counts aren't coming up very quickly, I'm having a bone marrow tomorrow to check that everything is normal and that the cancer hasn't come back and causing my counts to drop. I'm a bit scared and I have a thousand things flying around my head but I'm keeping a positive attitude!
It also sucks because I'm really eager to get this chemo started as I'm so close to finishing this last course. Also means I'm going to miss my trip away with the boys in cornwall because I wont be fit enough in time after the chemo if this last course carries on. So I'm a bit gutted about that but never mind there gonna come and stay for a week in the summer so thats something to look forward to it.
Last couple of days I've been chilling and also started working on my project and fixing up an old bmx which was a project I started before I got ill and its looking pretty good. I know nothing about bmxs but it was a little project for me to keep busy. Its not finished yet but what do you guys think of it? Thats what the top video blog is about and you can see what I've been working on.
I also went and bought a skateboard! Should be arriving in the next couple of days, I didn’t spend to much but it looks like a good kit. The reason for my impulse buy is I was watching a youtube video on the channel http://www.youtube.com/user/phamdamily. Which is a family which vlogs daily and they went out to buy a birthday present for his wife, and she chooses a skateboard as she wanted to learn and if a mum of three can do it so can I! Its really inspired me to be more adventurous and do all the things that I wanna do. One of them is learning to skateboard and hopefully the goal is to at least be able to cruise around.

Me and Sarah went to Bognor, I know I know I spelt it wrong in the video but thats the way I say it. Anyways we had an awesome time very small and quiet place, we went and played mini golf and lost all are money in the arcades. It was good to get by the sea and watch the waves crash against the beach, I love it so. Gotta apologise for the sound because it was a pretty windy day the camera picked it up so you might wanna turn it down! Anyways gonna keep it short because I've got another blog planned.
Hey guys! This is a video blog of my weekend visiting Sarah, It took me like 4 times to upload! Which was very frustrating but its here now! I went to visit Sarah's new flat in Greenwich which is lovely and surrounded by billions of restaurants, takeaways and shops. We went and explored a little around the area and chilled at hers. Then we got the Thames clipper back to Waterloo to go back to mine, which is a really good trip down the Thames and I recommend if you ever get the chance to go on it. We also went to Bogner Regis on the bank holiday Monday which was nice. I've got footage of that which I will upload and edit today/tomorrow so hopefully be up soon.
So I went to the Royal Marsden on Tuesday and I was ready to start this last two weeks of chemo, but my counts weren't high enough to start so I have to wait another week. I think its the only time were I’ve been disappointed not to have a lumber puncture, I’m just really eager to start and finish this last bit of treatment. Just hoping my counts go up over the next few days and I can get this show on the road.
Also I’m suppose to be going away to Cornwall on holiday on the 4th of June and that gives me less time to get stronger to enjoy it. It gives me about 2 weeks to prepare for the holiday, which is okay but I was hoping to be strong and stuff because my nephews are quite a handful. Just means I’ll have to take it easy and no boogie boarding for me! Lame! I’ll be just paddling and messing around in the little pools and I can sit and hunt for crabs! Only one problem, the pub is at the top of the hill a very large steep hill. How I conquer that I’m not sure, no doubt I’ll come up with something to get up there.

Well.. ruff and tumble is pretty much all about this video the boys had a few bumps here and there. I had so much footage of the boys and I'm disappointed I had to fit it in to just 15 minutes but I tryed my best to get all the best bits in. It was a great weekend with them and my Sister and all the other visitors that popped over this weekend. We got up to all sorts like football, catch, basketball, Nerf guns and making bread pudding. I gotta say I was extremely tired after they had gone but well worth it, I love to muck around with them and have ruff and tumble, what are aunties for eh? and when they get tired uncles save the day.
I've been sitting in the sun and making the most of it while its here. I've been editing the video blog and updating what other sites to update. Just yesterday joined up to dailybooth which is a photo website, I'm going to upload daily and watch the rate in which my hair grows back and be nice to see if I change at all over the next couple of months. Hey guys! Just a video blog of Friday spent with Matt but it wouldn't upload so its a little late. The name is just random and aren't any dangerous ducks in the video. Sorry to disappoint, but there are some very cute ducklings, and footage of me and Matt being rather silly. We had a stroll along the river to Runnymede Park and had lunch and some mega nice ice cream, then headed back home to watch films and play around in my wigs. Like you do.
I've had a great weekend with my Nephews and Sister, we just spent the weekend playing. They've just gone home and I'm knackered but we had a great time and had loads of visitors this weekend. I've got some footage of the weekend with the boys which I will edit and upload in the next couple of days.
My hair is pretty much all gone and I look like either Dr. Evil or Lex Luthor. I seem to still have this tuft at the back that wont budge looks rather silly so going to shave that off. Missing the Mohawk ever so slightly, ok ok maybe a lot! But I know it will come back in good time. Fingers crossed no ginger afros.
Anyways I'm going to watch a movie with Sarah and prepare for tomorrow, third week of chemo. I had a slight break but back on it tomorrow. I'll try get footage of tomorrow and the goings on as it will be my last chance to get footage of this chemo regime. Bye Bye peoples.
So I've got cheeky footage of Sarah shaving my head because my hair is falling out due to the chemo its taking a few weeks for the chemo to kick in and eventually fall out the chemo is taking effect. You should see my laptop the keyboard is covered I have to keep blowing it to see the keys. The hair cut is very dykey and I'm looking extra lezzaish but I look like that anyways with the super short doo so its okay, something I've got use to over the last 9-10 months. I'm going to have to shave the rest off due to it still falling out loads.

Hey peoples! I had one of the best weekends I've had in a while, my best friend Zabrina came from up north to see me and she spent the weekend at mine. We went into town and got some bits and bobs to play in the garden with and we spent the morning sat in the sun by the river. Then spent the afternoon in the garden playing in the sun, watch the video to see what we got up to! I loved it all and to make it perfect Matt, Darren and Sarah also came over on the Sunday for a BBQ and we just messed around in the sun, taking full advantage of the hot weather.
I love the smell of sun cream it brings back all the good times I spent on Holiday, though its making me crave to go away to some where hot and some where with a pool but all in good time. I've got a few ideas of what my first break away will be, I'm thinking Florida and going to all the theme parks and laying by the hotel pool with a cocktail. I know I'm going to Cornwall with my Mum, Sister and Nephews in the summer so I've got that to look forward to but I don't think there's exotic drinks and pool at the place were going to but it is lovely there and the sunsets are beautiful. I'll have to settle for Cornish pastie and pint of cider.
So just to update you with whats going on with me, I'm on a week off as the chemo was kicking my ass and I restart my chemo on the 18th. Then it should only be around six weeks then I've finished this course of treatment. I'm feeling really good and have more energy then normal so I really enjoyed this weekend. The only thing is my hair is starting to fall out it keeps going all over my keyboard, Sarah shaved it yesterday but I kept it long on top for a laugh but I look super dykey, well even more so then I already did. So I think I will shave it all off soon. I've got footage of Sarah shaving it which I will edit and upload soon so keep an eye out for that.
Also I'm still having the side effects of the steroids which made me diabetic which I'm coping with pretty well and with the help of Gliclazide a tablet that brings my sugar levels down. I'm also trying to be strict with diet, but been a bit hard due to all the BBQ's. I'm trying to cut down on the rubbish food because of the diabetes and because I need to lose weight. I lost around half a stone from being in hospital and eating proper food, so I feel it would be silly to put that back on for me then to have to lose it again in say a few months when this is treatment is over which was the original plan. Wow! I just wanna say a big thanks to all the people who read my blog and have kept in touch through this time. Really means a lot to me that you guys respond and enjoy what I do and say. I really enjoy doing it and it has helped me through some tough times being able to express myself in other ways. Also getting the responses from family, friends and even strangers, It just puts a huge smile on my face. If I can help anyone or inspire anyone the way others have me then I've achieved mega things.

The reason I keep a blog and video blog is so that I can raise awareness and keep my friends and family in the know how of what is going on with me, but also for myself to look back and see what exactly was running through my mind at these times in my life. Also deep down, one reason I make these video blogs and blogs is so if the worse was to happen and I was suppose to leave before my time that there would be a little bit of Katie Seedwell left in the world and that I wouldn't be forgotten.
Don't worry I'm not going anywhere just yet I've got way to much to do. Dragons to slay, castles to invade and towns to build wait! I've been playing to many computer games, but seriously I've got goals to complete and I intend to do a lot of good things with the time that I have left. Not only for me but for other people, I'm just unsure were to start but It will all come with time. But when I do decide what to do I will definitely keep you up to date with what my plans are.
Just want to say thank you again guys! You've all been amazing with support and love and can't thank you enough for the love!
